While growing up in Haiti surrounded by numerous family members, Marthe Rachelle Aleandre (a/k/a “Rachelle”) discovered her aptitude of caring for others at a young age. After graduating from high school, Rachelle pursued a degree in business administration but moved to the United States before completing her final classes.
Rachelle’s passion for helping others and eagerness to learn led her to obtain a Licensed Practical Nurse degree in 2008. Motivated to pursue further education, she achieved Associate in Arts, Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing at Seminole State College in Florida. In 2024, she graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at the University of West Florida. All the while, Rachelle worked as a registered nurse for over a decade with the geriatric population, followed by a five-year stint in a well-known hospital in Orlando, in Hepatology/Gastroenterology.
Rachelle devotes her life to her family, church, community and patients and is passionate about the holistic health and wellbeing of the community. Inspired by her parents, who selflessly provided healthcare and dental services to the citizens of Haiti, Rachelle volunteers her time and knowledge to assist the community, finding healthcare services and resources to prevent sickness and maintain healthy lifestyles.
Rachelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and friends; and loves singing in her church’s choir listening to music, dancing and working in her garden.
